This is a reservoir in Stevens County which is located 4 miles west of Valley off Highway 395.  The elevation is 1972 feet and the size is about 450 acres.  The average depth is 40 feet. 

Anglers will enjoy fishing for a variety of trout along the 3 miles of shore line. 

Golfers will find the Chewelah Golf and Country Club a challenge and on their way home can stop at the Chewelah Casino. 

The Silver Beach Resort on the lake is famous for its fine dining and other normal amenities. 

During the winter months 49 Degrees North ski area is usually a 45 minute drive. 

It has easy access to Highway 395 which can take you either to Spokane or Colville for your shopping.
